Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte. 138 is a one way.  The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

Consignor Item Entry Deadline ~ Tuesday February 23rd, 2021 @ noon

After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags.  Please plan accordingly.

Team Member Shifts Open ~ Friday, January 22nd, 2021 @9am

Consignor Drop off Appointments ~ Friday, January 22nd, 2021 @9am

Consignor Shopping Access Opens (1/26/21 to 2/4/21) ~ There will not be an official VIP Pre-Sale this Sale, instead al registered consignors will have early access to select shopping times prior to opening Shopping appointments to the Public. Each Consignor will be allowed to select 2 Free ticket appointments. Details till be emailed to all registered consignors.

Hall Set Up ~ Sunday February 28th, 2021 ~2:00 pm to 5:00pm

Drop off appointments ~ Monday March 1st, 2021, 9:30am -8pm and Tuesday March 2nd, 2021, 9:30-5pm

*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***

You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).  

Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday March 7th, 2021 ~ Noon to 8pm

Item pick up ~ Sunday March 7th, 2021 ~ 8pm to 9pm

Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you.  Items must be checked before leaving the building. An email will be sent when reports are ready.

Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated and a $25 fee will be assessed to your account  (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation)

PayPal Payments will be made within 30 day of the close of this sale.
