Sale Hours:

May 2nd to 4th, 2024

Thurs. May 2nd, 2024 | 10am– 7pm (Consignor & VIP PreSale – Registration Required)

Friday May 3rd, 2024  | 10am – 2pm (Free and Open to the Public)

Half-off Sale Hours*:

Friday May 3rd, 2024 | 3pm – 8pm (Consignor & VIP PreSale – Registration Required)

Saturday May 4th, 2024 | 9am - 4pm (Free and Open to the Public)

*All items marked “Yes” for discount will be half off!

Memorial United Methodist Church

Church Hall – Basement Level

176 Somerset Ave (Rte. 138)

Taunton, MA 02780

Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Strollers may be difficult. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte. 138 is one way. The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

 

Consignor Registration Opens:

Monday March 25th, 2024 at 10am – Waitlist from March Event (email with instructions will be sent)

Tuesday March 26th, 2024, at 10am – Returning consignor (Already have an ID#)

Wednesday March 27th, 2024, at 8pm – New Consignors (Need an ID#)

$20.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up.

Item Entry Deadline:

Tuesday April 23rd, 2024 @ noon

After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags. Please plan accordingly.

Hall Set Up:

Sunday April 28th, 2024 | 1pm to 6pm

Team member shifts will be available for set up.

 

Drop off appointments:

Monday April 29th, 2024 | 11am to 8pm

Tuesday April 30th, 2024 |10am to 3pm

All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).

Hall Final Clean Up:

Wednesday May 1st, 2024 | 10pm to 3pm

Team member shifts will be available for the final Clean Up.

VIP Pre-Sale:

Thursday May 2nd, 2024 | 10am to 7pm

This Pre-Sale is for Consignors and online ticket holders! You must pre-register online to purchase a ticket to enter. Consignors…. Instructions will be in your welcome email on how to claim your tickets.

Reminder: We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers during this time or baby carriers. No strollers with storage underneath. All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.

 

VIP ½ Price Pre-Sale:

No Sort Pick Up:

Saturday May 4th, 2024 | 6pm to 8pm

**NEW this sale!**  We will be offering appointment pick up this event.  This is a test run for what will be coming for future sales.  You must select a pickup time in your account.  Items will NOT be sorted, and you will be required to bring your “Un-sold Report” to aid in finding your items.  As an incentive for picking up your items prior to sort you will get credit from 1 work shift.   Sorted pickup will still be available on Sunday May 5th 7-8pm

 

Clean up/Sort:

Sunday May 5th, 2024 | Noon to 7pm

Item pick up:

Sunday May 5th, 2024 | 7pm to 8pm

Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you. Items must be checked before leaving the building.

Consignors not donating items must pick up items. Any item left after 8pm will be donated & a $25 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation). Even if you intended to Donate all your items sometimes you miss selecting the button. Please check your Unsold Items report because if you show items there then you must pick those items or call/text to let me know you want them donated prior to the pickup times or the fee will be assessed as well.

 

Payment:

Payments will be emailed within 30 days of the close of the sale (usually withing 2 weeks). We will no longer be sending payments VIA PayPal. Payments will now be sent via eChecks to the email address you have on file.
