Car Seats

Condition & Cleaning

• Must be in excellent condition.

• Clean thoroughly following the instructions in the owner’s manual (most straps cannot go through the wash).

Documentation

• Owner’s manual must be included. Manuals can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website if originals are missing.

• Waiver: You must sign a waiver stating the car seat has never been in an accident. This waiver should be emailed prior to the event.

Expiration Requirements

• Infant Carrier Seats (must include base): minimum 18 months remaining before expiration.

• Infant/Toddler Seats: minimum 4 years remaining before expiration.

• Booster Seats: minimum 4 years remaining before expiration.

• No expiration or manufacture date: seats without a clear date cannot be sold.
